Feeding kids once they start going to school can be challenging as they tend to become picky eaters, hesitate to try new foods and generally don't seem to eat a lot. The Virtus Wellness dieticians train the parents on effective feeding strategies and cooking techniques for their children’s nutritional requirements. Our unique style of teaching nutrition to kids mainly promotes the idea of connecting the lunch session and the classroom. We make them touch, smell and feel live fruits and vegetables so that they remember it for years to come, unlike showing them more pictures. These lectures are accompanied by a series of interactive games and challenges and activities like selecting the food in mall-trips, making them pick ‘sometimes food’ and ‘always food’ and teaching the importance of breakfast. These activities reinforce the importance of healthy eating and teach the kids to make better choices.
