As the name suggests, Fitonic is a combined session of fun and aerobics. While individuals find it exciting to move and sway in synchronization with others, their bodies are set into motion for an energetic and stressful choreographed workout class, making their bodies fit and flexible. Activities such as Aerobics, Pilates, Calisthenics and Tai Chi exercises are included in a Fitonic session.
