Pilates is a functional form of exercise that was developed by German boxer Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. It helps develop the body's core muscles of the abdomen, buttocks and lower back, makes them more flexible and strengthens them so that they can perform better for vigorous physical activities.

A basic Pilates workout in our programme is more of "mat work”, majorly focusing on muscular balance, The various exercises included in this session makes maximum use of one’s deep muscles that help to build the strength of spine, pelvis and shoulder blades, making a person feel stronger from within.
